Final Programme Released for the 2026 ESHS/HSS Joint Meeting

The organisers of the 2026 European Society for the History of Science / History of Science Society Joint Meeting have released the final conference programme.

Taking place in Edinburgh, Scotland, from 12–16 July 2026, the meeting—supported by the British Society for the History of Science—will bring together historians of science from around the world under the theme “Shifting Perspectives: Plural Worlds, Contested Sciences.”

If you are presenting, please note that some sessions have changed since the preliminary programme was published. The organisers recommend checking the final online programme to confirm the date and time of your presentation.

The programme is available both as an interactive online schedule and as a downloadable PDF. Changes to the programme will from now on be reflected in the online version.
